This notice covers the waitlist and demo-request forms on this website, operated by Topcode d.o.o., Ljubljana, Slovenia (the data controller). Last updated: 14 July 2026.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist or request a demo we store your name, email address, whether you asked to see a demo, and — if you choose to answer them — your survey answers (how you handle requests today, your biggest headache, request volume, timeline, budget comfort, keenness, and any free-text note you leave). Nothing else; no tracking cookies are set by these forms.

Why we collect it

To contact you about ReQuest DESK — your place on the waitlist, scheduling a demo if you asked for one, and product updates as we approach launch. Survey answers help us decide what to build first and tailor what we show you. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.

Where it lives and who sees it

Your data is stored in a database hosted on Amazon Web Services in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1). When you submit, our team is notified in our internal Slack workspace with the submitted details. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until ReQuest DESK launches and waitlist communications end, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — one email to request@topcode.si is enough, and unsubscribing from any email we send does the same for future contact. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
